1. It’s not the idea
   It’s the ability to execute
   day after day
   week after week
   month after month
   year after year
   That’s your moat!

2. TIME: Time is the only zero sum game in life - and hence your most precious resource in a startup

3. ADVICE: Each startups journey is a snowflake - completely unique. Lessons from one rarely translate directly to another, but recognizing successful patterns helps.

4. TEAM: Startups are nothing more than a collection of people. If you have better people than the other team, you’ll win!
